Position Opening:

We are currently seeking an OT Cyber Security Specialist to work onsite in Monterrey, NL with one of our main clients

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial networks, or cybersecurity operations supporting critical infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and Operational Technology (OT) networks, including risk management and security controls implementation.
- Proven experience in OT cybersecurity, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance with standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST.
- Experience working with industrial environments, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement and maintain cybersecurity controls.




- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 2 years focused on OT, ICS, or critical infrastructure security.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls.
- Monitor OT security events and support incident response.
- Protect ICS/SCADA networks and industrial assets.
- Support compliance with IEC 62443, NIST, and company policies.
- Manage OT security tools and secure configurations.
- Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Maintain OT cybersecurity documentation and reporting.
- Support cybersecurity projects and continuous security improvements.

Desired Certifications

- ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert (or related ISA certifications)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Palo Alto, Claroty, TXOne, Beyond Trust or equivalent security vendor certifications
