Role Description The Production Supervisor CNC role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nogales, SON. This role oversees CNC production operations, ensuring schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are followed. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and monitoring production activities, assigning work to CNC machine operators, and resolving issues related to work flow, equipment, or materials.

The Production

Supervisor CNC is responsible for coordinating production planning, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.



The role also involves communicating clearly with cross-functional teams, training and coaching team members, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with PENCOM’s operational and quality goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure efficient and on-time CNC operations.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Production Management, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and quality and safety oversight.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with operators, engineering, quality, and management teams.
- Experience with CNC machining processes, tooling, and equipment setup is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and basic problem-solving methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and apply them to production requirements.
- Relevant technical education or vocational training in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in a supervisory role in a CNC or machining environment.
