Lang & Schwander is looking for an Project Coordinator to support our Senior Project Manager of FF&E; in the successful execution of hospitality and interior design projects.

This is a fully remote position , idóneo for someone based in Mexico who is comfortable working in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish), and experienced in coordinating teams and project activities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site measurements and surveys and provide the information to the Technical Design team.
- Follow up on different aspects of projects to ensure proper execution and timely completion.
- Provide direct support to the project team to address needs and keep activities moving forward.
- Assist with estimating materials needed for project execution.
- Support material procurement and coordination, ensuring materials are available when needed.




- Review and analyze budgets and support project financial tracking and control.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with vendors, purchasing, or logistics is a plus.
