The Role: Driving the "Fulfillment Engine" You are the "quarterback" for customer success and project execution:
- End-to-End Oversight:



Lead projects from the initial welcome call to the final warranty delivery.
- Active Resolution: Use our specialized scripts to turn concerned customers into raving fans.
- Financial Stewardship: Execute our 64-day A/R collection protocol. Negotiate with vendors by "anchoring low" to protect margins.
- Logistics & Technical Prep: Manage crew schedules via Marco Polo, handle Digrite permits, and coordinate specialized subcontractors.

Qualifications
- Fluent English: Mandatory for high-stakes client negotiations and legal documentation.
- Experience: 3+ years in Project Management (Construction or Home Services preferred).
- Mindset: Highly protective of company resources with a strong natural ownership instinct.
- Availability: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) with US business hour overlap.
