twoDoTzero Engineering is looking for talented, curious, and analytical individuals to join our engineering team as QA Test Engineers in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with modern software products, testing methodologies, automation, and AI-assisted tools while collaborating with experienced engineers, developers, product managers, and designers.

You will work with web, mobile, and desktop applications, gaining practical experience in both manual and automated testing while learning how quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.

? What You'll Do

- Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and other types of software testing.
- Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, reproduce, investigate, and clearly document software defects.
- Collaborate with developers and other engineering team members to investigate and resolve issues.
- Participate in testing new features throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Learn and contribute to automated testing for critical user flows.
- Help identify potential quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with modern testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Explore AI-assisted tools and technologies that can improve software testing and product quality.
- Continuously develop your technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

? What We're Looking For





We are looking for students in their final semesters or recent graduates from programs such as:

- Software Engineering
- Computer Science
- Systems Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Information Technology
- Or a related field

We value:

- Basic understanding of software development and software testing concepts.
- Basic programming knowledge in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or a similar language.
- Genuine interest in software testing and test automation.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and curiosity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Previous professional QA experience is not required. Academic projects, internships, personal projects, and relevant coursework are all valuable.

⭐ It Would Be a Plus If You Have

Experience or exposure through university projects, internships, personal projects, or coursework in any of the following areas:

- Software testing or QA.
- Test automation.
- Playwright or Cypress.
- API testing.
- Git/GitHub.
- Web or mobile application development.




- CI/CD concepts.
- Chrome DevTools.
- Performance testing.
- AI-assisted development or testing tools.

You don't need to have experience with all of these technologies. We're interested in your technical foundation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
