We are looking for a freelance Recruitment Consultant that could manage client relationships and deliver recruitment services Globally.

Main Responsibilities ​

- Manage ongoing talent communication and interview scheduling throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain database and candidate’s status updated
- Source, Screen and Shortlist candidates Globally

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 2-years work experience in recruiting or headhunting
- Proficient in English.
- Being based on the American continent is a plus.
- Organized, reliable, and versátil.
- Strong mastery of MS Word, Excel and PPT
- Familiar with LinkedIn and other local recruitment websites
