? Regional Integrated Management Systems Manager

We are seeking a Regional Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Manager to lead, standardize, and govern our Integrated Management System across operations in Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

This strategic leadership role will drive compliance, operational consistency, continuous improvement, and certification readiness while partnering with executive leadership to strengthen our culture of quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety.

What You'll Do

As the Regional IMS Manager, you will:

- Define and execute the regional strategy for the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards across all locations.
- Standardize operational and administrative processes throughout North America.
- Lead corporate certification, surveillance, and recertification activities.
- Coordinate and oversee external corporate audits.
- Monitor, consolidate, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership.
- Drive risk and opportunity management processes aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations in each operating region.
- Develop and standardize problem-solving methodologies to effectively address non-conformities.
- Support plant managers and quality leaders in process optimization and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Design and implement training programs for management systems personnel.
- Promote a strong culture of continuous improvement, safety, quality, and environmental accountability.

What We're Looking For

Education





Bachelor's Degree in

- Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Management Systems Engineering
- Or a related manufacturing-focused discipline

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Quality, EHS, or Integrated Management Systems leadership roles.
- Experience managing multi-site or regional management systems.
- Strong background in ISO certification processes and external audits.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing environments.

Technical Knowledge

- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Environmental, Health & Safety regulations
- Risk assessment and management methodologies
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving tools
- Strategic planning and performance management
- Statistical analysis and KPI reporting
- Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications Preferred

- Lead Auditor Certification
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt
- Leadership and management training certifications

Language Requirements

- Advanced English (required)
- Spanish (preferred)
