- You possess strong communication skills, follow instructions meticulously, and aren’t afraid to ask clarifying questions.
- You are available to work weekends as part of your regular schedule.

What You’ll Do:

- Format, schedule, and syndicate digital articles across multiple websites.
- Utilize AI to assist in various tasks such as appropriately categorize & classify articles; make minor edits; and more.
- Manage multiple newsletter campaigns and ensure sponsored ads are placed according to a predetermined schedule.
- Coordinate all phases of reader giveaway campaigns, including accurate tracking, conducting randomized drawings, notifying winners, and coordinating prize fulfillment.
- Communicate task updates, questions, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule:

- 40 hours per week,



with a consistent Tuesday - Saturday schedule
- Expected schedule time between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (United States); schedule determined during hiring process.
- Each workday includes 8 paid hours and a 1-hour unpaid midday break.
- Full-time Independent Contractor

Requirements:

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Reliable computer and a stable internet connection (Applicants in areas of power/internet instability require a backup power & internet solution).
- Previous experience as a remote virtual assistant
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude); prefer experience with digital publishing platforms and email marketing software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete routine tasks consistently.
