The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

Lead the expansion and professionalization of owned retail channels (boutiques, outlets, and shop-in-shop locations) to establish them as the brand’s primary sales and profitability channel. The objective is to transform the current operation into a standardized and strategic system that ensures a consistent brand experience and operational efficiency across all locations in Mexico.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

- Expansion and Store Openings: Coordinate all aspects of new store openings, including legal requirements, architectural plans, IT systems implementation, and point-of-sale setup.
- Operational Standardization: Develop and execute an operations manual that standardizes processes, including weekly and monthly activities, replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and leadership of store managers and sales associates.
- Multi-Channel Talent Management: Directly supervise employees across Retail and Company-Owned Boutique channels.




- Commercial Planning: Establish sales targets, profit goals, and commercial drivers.
- Inventory and Expense Control: Monitor store expenses and inventory control.
- Operational Continuity: Support ERP systems and POS modules during critical hours.

What We’re Looking For

Professional Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Commercial Relations, or related field. Specialization preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in retail, sales, or commercial supervision, including 3 years leading store operations.

Competencies
- Hard Skills: Retail management, store openings, KPI tracking, inventory control, visual merchandising.
- Soft Skills: Ownership, leadership, communication, decision-making, problem solving.

Tools / Technology
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, ERP systems, inventory matrix management.
