As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers through outbound phone calls and multi-channel outreach. The role focuses on qualifying opportunities, setting high-quality appointments for the Sales team, maintaining accurate CRM information, and contributing feedback that improves outreach strategies and campaign performance.

About The Role In this opportunity as a Sales Development Representative, you will:

- Make outbound phone calls and conduct multi-channel outreach to prospects to schedule qualified appointments.
- Use discovery and qualification techniques to ensure meetings meet Sales team standards.
- Collaborate with Sales to refine messaging, outreach sequences, and campaign performance.
- Share feedback on tools, talk tracks, and campaigns based on prospect conversations.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and provide clear handoffs with next steps.
- Track qualifying data in the CRM.
- Minimize lead response time.
- Pilot new sales enablement tools.

About You You are a fit for the Sales Development Representative role if you have the following required qualifications:

- One or more years of B2B or B2C inside sales experience.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and generating new business.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tell a story with enthusiasm.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, sales automation tools, CRM platforms, and/or web-based software programs.
- Goal-oriented approach and drive to succeed.
- Technical aptitude to learn products, solve problems, and relate to customers.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Preferred Qualifications Include

- Four-year degree,



such as a BA or BS.
- Previous experience supporting US customers.
