Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Data Cloud

? Location: Mexico City, Mexico

? Work Model: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week/month

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC to lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design, development, and code reviews

Build Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions

Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion, modeling, and activation

Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows

Own the complete SDLC: design, build, test, deployment, and production support





Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce security, performance, and development best practices

Work within Agile delivery environments

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience

Technical leadership, architecture, and code reviews
