Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and support the delivery process for 1–2 development teams (12–15 members total). You will be responsible for running all Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and cultivating an empowered, accountable team culture, while acting as a key communication bridge with our US-based customers. This role is ideal for a strong facilitator and problem-solver with a hands-on software development background who understands both the technical and human sides of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Facilitation & Delivery Support
- Manage 1–2 teams of a total of 12 to 15 members, facilitating and supporting the delivery process.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, Scrum of Scrums, etc.).
- Actively participate in backlog grooming sessions.
- Resolve and unblock impediments, and shield the development team from outside distractions and interferences.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain clear communication across all team members.
- Proactively communicate with the US-based customer.
- Escalate potential issues to the Project Manager or customer-side counterpart as needed.
Team Culture & Continuous Improvement
- Act as an active, proactive problem-solver, helping the team achieve its goals.
- Cultivate the right mindset, culture, and behaviors to enable empowered and accountable product teams.
- Contribute to establishing, enforcing, and improving software development policies and procedures to continuously improve operational effectiveness.
Reporting & Risk Management
- Prepare regular reporting, including SLA and KPI tracking.
- Manage risk throughout the delivery process.
Requirements Must-Have
- Recent hands-on experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of the project SDLC.
- Experience with software for distributed production systems.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs.
- Knowledge of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, and related Agile concepts.
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills, with the ability to understand business requirements.
- Strong collaborator and teammate, with exceptional communication skills.
- Full software development lifecycle experience (design to release).
- Demonstrable experience in Scrum Management.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Proven ability to look beyond the surface to understand root causes and build long-term solutions.
- Passion for engineering, with a drive to find novel and creative solutions to complex, systemic problems.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14,473.38 per month
