Job Summary

Responsible for developing, securing and executing activities related to the entire supply chain and inventory planning, with the aim of ensuring the correct supply of materials and meeting the agreed delivery deadlines, at SICK Mexico.

Main Responsibilities

- Contribute to the monitoring of shipments and delivery times of SICK products, through SICK email/tools, in order to ensure compliance with the presente delivery date of the goods promised by the headquarters.
- Contribute to the communication of interested departments about delays, anticipations and issues of restrictions for the marketing/sale of products.
- Verify and file all Intercompany invoices and their foreign trade files, comparing quantities, codes and prices, in order to ensure that the headquarters has complied with what was previously agreed between the parties and present the evidence.
- Generate material receipts in the system.
- Assist in the control and planning of inventories of all business units, through participation in planning meetings.
- Ensure inventory control and planning of highly complex business units (all Customer Project Management projects).
- Contribute to the acquisition of SICK products (Intercompany Purchases in general).
- Participate in activities related to the procurement of products and services, supporting the order processing department in its order placement activities, purchase requests, as well as contact with the supplier.




- Execute the processes related to consolidated and dedicated international and national transport, monitor and follow up on deliveries with customers, providing the necessary information to the interested areas.
- Collaborate with the sending of "Delivery Information" to the interested areas, in order to disseminate the information and contribute to the correct planning of the stock and update of the master data of materials.
- Contribute to the management of the process of returning materials.
- Coordinate the process of carrying out the annual inventory in all SICK Mexico units.
- Provide KPIS compliance analysis reports to the Logistics Supervisor.
- Carry out activities related to Foreign Trade and participate in the global meetings of the SICK group.
- Perform Export Control activities.
- Supervise and comply with the obligations of the SICK Quality Management Manual and Policy.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 6 years in imports and exports, transport logistics, supply chain, demand planning, purchasing and warehousing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, International Business or similar.
- Advanced English, ERP management preferable SAP, Excel management, Tax and foreign trade laws, customs, certificates of origin, virtual operations, Incoterms
- Logistics and transportation, filling of pedimentos, calculation Incremental/decremental, calculation of customs taxes, effective communication, time management, conflict resolution, work under pressure.
