? We're Hiring | Senior Salesforce Technical Lead (Agentforce & Data Cloud)

? Location: Mexico City (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week or month)

? Employment: Full-Time (FTE)

? Salary: MXN $90,000–100,000 gross/month + Benefits

We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of next-generation AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce and Data Cloud.

What you'll do

- Lead technical design, development, and code reviews
- Build Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom actions
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
- Own end-to-end SDLC: design, build, testing, deployment, and production support
- Mentor developers and establish best practices for security, performance, and code quality

Required Skills




- Strong hands-on experience with Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven implementation experience with Agentforce
- Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments
- Technical leadership, architecture, and code review experience
- Agile delivery experience

Required Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Nice to Have
- Platform Developer II
- JavaScript Developer I
- REST APIs & MuleSoft integrations
- Salesforce DX & CI/CD
