Senior Supply Chain Manager

Confidential search for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager for a leading company within the industrial and Oil & Gas sector.

We are looking for a senior professional with strong end-to-end Supply Chain experience, capable of leading and integrating Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation and Supply Planning.

This position reports directly to General Management and will play a key role in strategic planning, operational performance, customer service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and execute the overall Supply Chain strategy.

· Manage the complete Supply Chain cycle, including Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics and Transportation.

· Develop purchasing, demand and operational planning strategies.

· Lead strategic and high-impact negotiations with national and international suppliers.

· Define sourcing priorities and ensure the timely supply of critical materials and services.

· Oversee inventory levels, warehouse operations and material availability.

· Lead transportation, logistics and import activities.

· Establish objectives and KPIs for the different Supply Chain areas.

· Manage and control Supply Chain budgets.

· Monitor costs, service levels, quality, lead times and operational performance.

· Develop corrective and contingency plans when required.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, organizational structure and operating models.

· Ensure strong collaboration between Supply Chain,



Sales, Operations, Finance and Administration.

· Lead, develop and manage multidisciplinary teams.

· Represent the organization in high-level negotiations with suppliers and strategic business partners.

· Resolve critical situations that may affect operations or business continuity.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, quality, safety and applicable regulations.

Requirements

· Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain or related functions.

· Proven experience in senior management or leadership positions.

· Strong end-to-end Supply Chain experience.

· Proven experience managing multiple functions, including:

o Procurement and Strategic Sourcing o Inventory Management o Warehousing o Logistics and Transportation o Imports o Supplier Management o Demand and Supply Planning o Budget Management o KPI Management

· Strong commercial negotiation and strategic planning skills.

· Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.

· Master's Degree required in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.

· Advanced / Fluent English required.

· Experience conducting business conversations and negotiations in English.

· ISO,



APICS or ASCM certifications are highly desirable.

· Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Services or complex industrial environments is highly desirable.

Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who have managed the full Supply Chain cycle rather than professionals whose careers have been focused exclusively on Procurement or Logistics.

Strong leadership, business acumen, commercial negotiation skills, strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities are essential for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: MXN $140,000 - $150,000 Free (before tax), depending on experience.

Benefits: Benefits above those required by Mexican Labor Law.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is available for candidates currently living outside Villahermosa.
