Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Workday Engineer to design and maintain integrations for a Workday HCM environment. You'll work end-to-end on integration builds, from requirements gathering with business stakeholders to development, testing, and deployment, in a multi-vendor, multi-national setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Build integrations using EIB (inbound and outbound), Workday Studio, and Core Connector (Worker, Benefits).
- Work with Calc Fields, XSLT transformations, and Workday security configuration.
- Understand object relationships between PBO and RBO to design accurate integrations.
- Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE requirements, prepare documentation,



and write test cases.
- Interact directly with business users and cross-functional application teams.
- Support migration of existing integrations.
- Assist the team lead/project manager by compiling system information, analyzing requirements, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Workday HCM.
- Solid grasp of core Workday concepts, with at least one full end-to-end HCM implementation under your belt.
- Hands-on experience with integrations, calc fields, security, and migrations.
- Strong knowledge of EIB, Core Connector (Worker/Benefit), Workday Studio, Navigation, Search, Security, and Reports.
- Working knowledge of XSLT.
- Understanding of ISU, ISSG, and integration scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong coding, testing, debugging, and documentation habits.
- Advanced English (C1) - required for daily written and verbal communication with US-based, multi-national teams.
- Comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving operating environments.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $34,077.00 per month
