About the role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting backend integrations, content delivery, and automation initiatives across different workflows.

- Required Experience

- 6–10 years of total experience in software or platform development
- (Mid-level: 5–7 years | Tech Lead: 8+ years)

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with distributed teams

- Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- ServiceNow development skills including:
- Glide Scripting
- Script Includes
- Scheduled Jobs

- Experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations




- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes across system components
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and platform architecture
