Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Performance Practitioner, remote, with rotations to project sites around LAC. The practitioner will be responsible for conducting social impact assessments, engaging with stakeholders, designing and implementing social management plans,



and ensuring compliance with international and local social performance standards. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on social performance activities while fostering collaboration with communities, clients, and team members.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Impact Assessment and designing Social Management Plans
- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement, Conflict Resolution, and Community Relations
- Familiarity with Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) standards and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, research, and reporting abilities
- Effective communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse, multicultural team
- Experience in the development, renewables, or extractive sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or related fields
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required
