About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Data Management Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise test data solutions. This role focuses on test data provisioning, synthetic data generation, data masking, ETL, Mainframe JCL, and test data lifecycle management.

The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience with GenRocket, Informatica TDM, or a similar platform, along with strong SQL and programming skills in Java, Groovy, or Python.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise Test Data Management solutions.
- Build self-service test data provisioning utilities using Java, Groovy, or Python.
- Implement data discovery, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and validation processes.
- Manage test data requests, refresh activities, and data governance.
- Develop SQL queries and API validations to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Create and maintain Gold Copy databases and reusable data provisioning frameworks.
- Execute Mainframe JCL batch jobs to create extracts and transfer files through Managed File Transfer solutions.
- Automate API or UI workflows to prepare and condition test data according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with QA, Development, Data,



and DevOps teams.
- Document test data processes, controls, and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Test Data Management, data provisioning, ETL, or test data automation.
- Hands-on experience with Mainframe JCL.
- Strong SQL and ETL knowledge.
- Experience with GenRocket, Informatica TDM, or a comparable TDM platform.
- Programming experience with Java, Groovy, or Python.
- Experience with data masking and synthetic data generation.
- Knowledge of relational databases and cloud-based data sources.
- Experience testing or integrating REST APIs.
- Understanding of test data lifecycle management and governance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apache Camel or Kafka.
- Experience creating reusable test data automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Managed File Transfer processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
