Support the implementation of a new training management and tracking software by performing data analysis and validation. Collect, organize, and analyze training data to ensure accuracy and completeness during the system implementation process.

Assist in migrating and maintaining training records within the new platform.

Help monitor training completion and generate reports to support decision-making.

Collaborate with the Training team to identify data discrepancies and recommend improvements.

Provide administrative support for training activities and documentation as needed.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of 5S, office automation, file management, organized, proactive, knowledge of quality processes and/or training or aviation regulations
