Role Description The Ventas Internas (Inside Sales) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Juárez, CHH. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, including qualifying leads, preparing quotations, and following up on opportunities with existing and potential customers.

The Inside

Sales team member will maintain regular communication with clients, support the external sales team,



and coordinate with technical staff to ensure accurate information on products and automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include updating CRM records, handling customer inquiries, providing basic product guidance, and supporting order processing to help ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales skills, including lead qualification and opportunity follow-up
- Experience with Lead Generation and prospecting through calls, emails, and digital channels
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills in both written and spoken interactions
- Basic understanding of industrial or automation products is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
- Ability to work on-site in Juárez, CHH and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- High school diploma required; technical or business-related studies are an advantage
