This role supports the broader Shared Services vision by driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and outstanding customer service. **What will you do?** + Lead and oversee end-to-end North America payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, including payroll sign-off, funding approvals, and year-end activities. + Manage complex payroll issues and escalations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution and a positive employee experience. + Monitor operational performance through KPIs, controls, and process reviews, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and service delivery. + Champion a culture of operational excellence by ensuring adherence to payroll policies and continuous improvement initiatives. + Lead, develop, and support team members through workforce planning, onboarding, training, coaching,



and performance management while maintaining adequate coverage and segregation of duties. + Drive digital transformation and process optimization efforts that enhance scalability, accuracy, and overall business value. + Build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, business leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies to support organizational objectives and payroll operations. **What Do You Need to Have?** + Bachelor's degree. + 3+ years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years leading or supervising teams. + Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll operations, compliance requirements, and timekeeping practices. + Experience working with payroll, HRIS, and time management systems, with the ability to analyze data, identify risks, and resolve complex issues. + Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset. + Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong attention to detail and process discipline. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. + Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. **What We Offer** + Competitive compensation and benefits package. + Opportunity to lead a critical function within a global organization. + Career growth and leadership development opportunities.
