As a **Human Resources Generalist** , you're not just supporting daily operations of the hotel's HR function - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: + **Support daily HR operations:** Perform multiple key HR functions such as recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations + **Foster team member engagement:** Support employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture + **Maintain employment data in HR systems:** Assist with data management, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims + **Ensure HR compliance:** Adhere to all employment regulations, fair hiring practices, and company policies + **Drive talent acquisition efforts:** Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, employer branding initiatives, and onboarding activities to attract, hire, and retain top talent while meeting workforce planning needs.
