Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling Spin Co, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Spin Co, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

What a typical day looks like:

- Oversee the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
- Ensure orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouses to ensure maximum profitability.
- Maintains files on all equipment.
- Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
- Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
- Ensure sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
- Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.




- Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Basic English Excel and data analysis skills
- Manufacture experience
- Management of internal and external fleet vehicles
- Personnel Administration and inventory control
- Proactive mindset and strong leadership skills
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Able to adapt to changing environments
- Executes and may provide input to functional processes or technologies.
- Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.
