We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Follow-Up Specialist to support our real estate acquisitions team.
This role is focused on high-volume outbound follow-up calls, warming up homeowners who have already expressed interest, and live-transferring motivated sellers to our acquisitions managers.
This is not a closing role and does not require real estate experience. It does require comfort on the phone, strong English communication skills, and the ability to follow a proven script with discipline.
What Success Looks Like In This Role
Consistently hitting daily call targets
Live-transferring motivated sellers to acquisitions daily
Following the scripts and processes without deviation
Keeping clean CRM notes so the team can move fast
Showing urgency, reliability, and ownership every day
Compensation: $8 - $11 hourly
