TCS is looking for an ServiceNow Developer Sr.(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 2 day per week)Skill set required:Intermediate-Advanced English communication5+ years of hand-on ServiceNow development experience in a production enterprise environment - not lab or sandbox-only workDemonstrated delivery across at least three of: CSM, ITSM/HRSD, SLO Management, Integration Hub, or Service PortalProduction integration experience connecting ServiceNow to external systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, or MID Server - with error handling and retry logic, not just happy-path flowsExperience with Workflow Data Fabric or equivalent event-driven integration patterns on the ServiceNow platformWorking knowledge of ServiceNow security model: ACLs, roles, user criteria, and data isolation patternsFluency in Azure DevOps or equivalent SDLC tooling: branching strategy, code review gates, deployment pipelines for ServiceNow update setsMain responsibilities:Design and develop advanced ServiceNow configurations and customizations across CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and SLO modules, ensuring alignment with platform governance standards and architectural guardrailsArchitect and implement integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric to connect ServiceNow with enterprise systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, and third-party SaaS platformsLead technical design reviews and code reviews,
