Job DescriptionIn this role as Senior Finance Analyst – Business Financial Services, supporting our Process Automation (PA) Strategic Business Group (SBG), you will serve as a strategic partner and financial analyst for the division’s R&D; and NPI department. Your primary goal will be to support driving business growth through the seamless cost control and monitoring of the execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting and evaluating business opportunities, and financial performance indicators reporting to the PMO and Leadership Teams. You will be encouraged to work creatively and with expectation to apply innovation in solving complex financial challenges, adopting high control standards.The role will be reporting directly into the General Business Services Hub Leader for Mexico, with matrix line to the SBG’s financial leadership, and will be based out of our Regional Finance Center in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.You will be part of a team that creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.ResponsibilitiesR&D; activities and support: appraisal and management of the product offerings in terms of people support and project management required in close collaboration with the PMOPartner with Engineering Managers on the cost and resource requirementsPrepare corresponding forecasting framework (SRO) and budget plans/AOPTeam up with PMO on PFAT to finalize the AOP and approvals from CTOsWork with the business leadership on Capex status and prepare adjusted estimatesOne stop reporting to CTOs on all R&D; spend for all the GBE R&D; spendMonth End support activities (WD -4 to +5) including but not limited to:



project settlement cost center validations, accrual postings, reclassifications, project payables reconciliationsReport-out meetings with PMO to present and review actuals vs. forecast; Leadership reportingAd hoc activities of project setup, cost/profit center updates and overall Project data management & maintenanceQualificationsA minimum of 4 years of experience in similar finance roles (i.E.
