We are seeking a Human Resources Director to lead the full HR function for a leading automotive organization in Querétaro. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth, strengthening organizational culture, developing talent pipelines, and partnering with leadership to navigate the evolving demands of a highly competitive manufacturing environment.
The adecuado candidate brings extensive experience across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture Transformation, with a strong ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business results through people.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Culture initiatives.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Partner with executives to support organizational growth and change management.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and support positive union and employee relations where applicable.
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles within the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of labor relations, talent management, and organizational development in high-volume operations.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and driving change in complex environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
