They use cutting-edge tools to streamline the credit repair journey for both B2B and B2C clients — and they're looking for a high-ownership professional to build, optimize, and scale their internal automation ecosystem.

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to own our lead generation engine end to end, from paid ads and outbound prospecting through funnel building, CRM/automation execution, and channel partner development. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can take ownership of multiple channels with minimal oversight.

This role replaces work currently split across outside contractors. You'll be taking direct, full-time ownership of functions we've been running through agency partners, so this is a build-and-own position, not a support seat.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns: targeting, creative rotation, budget management, and ongoing optimization.

- Build and optimize marketing funnels (landing pages, opt-ins, nurture sequences) designed to convert traffic into qualified leads.

- Serve as our Go High Level (GHL) expert, building workflows, automations, pipelines, and campaigns within the platform.

- Manage and execute LinkedIn marketing, organic and/or paid strategies to grow visibility and generate inbound interest.

- Work within Apollo for outbound prospecting, list building, and sequence management.





- Develop and manage channel partner strategy, including outreach, relationship tracking, and reporting on partner-sourced pipeline.

- Oversee our SMS/texting outreach campaign, working with our outside vendor to manage cadence, messaging, and performance.

- Monitor campaign performance across channels and report on key metrics (CPL, conversion rates, funnel drop-off, partner attribution, etc.).

- Continuously test and refine ad creative, targeting, and funnel copy to improve performance.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing, ideally combining paid ads, funnels, and CRM/automation (5+ years preferred)

- Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager, able to set up and run campaigns independently with no ramp-up time

- Strong funnel-building skills, comfortable designing and launching landing pages and nurture flows

- Go High Level mastery, this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have

- Working knowledge of Apollo for outbound prospecting and sequencing

- LinkedIn marketing experience, organic content strategy and/or LinkedIn ads

- Experience developing or managing partner/referral programs is a strong plus

- Ability to work full-time Eastern hours

- Self-directed, comfortable owning multiple channels end to end with minimal hand-holding.
