Key Responsibilities

- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, phone screens, interview scheduling, and follow-ups .
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels .
- Review resumes and job descriptions to identify candidates who match client requirements.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruitment records .
- Coordinate with recruiters and Account Managers to support hiring requirements.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.




- Provide general administrative and recruiting support as needed.
- Follow company policies and applicable state and federal employment regulations .

Qualifications

Required:

- 1–3 years of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR Coordination experience .
- U.S. RPO recruiting experience is preferred .
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Fluent English-speaking skills are required.
- Strong understanding of resumes, job descriptions, and recruiting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, recruiting platforms, and AI tools .
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to make candidate phone calls and conduct phone screens .
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work effectively with offshore and cross-functional teams .
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment .

Preferred:

- Experience in a staffing, consulting, or RPO environment .
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions .
- Familiarity with U.S. recruiting practices and hiring processes.
