- Partner with business leaders to align Human Resources strategies with organizational objectives.
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Drive organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, corporate policies, and HR best practices.
- Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Oversee recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers and the HR team.
- Support compensation, benefits, and performance review processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to implement integral initiatives.
- Lead and develop the local Human Resources team while fostering a high-performance environment.
Strategic HR leadership role with global exposure.Partner directly with senior leadership and corporate teams.
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience within manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in HR leadership or Senior HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
- Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate and global stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multinational manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.
