Responsibilities

Navigate electronic medical records (EMRs)
Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
Support prescription refill workflows
Who We're Looking For
Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, or hospital
Familiarity with medical terminology and medical billing is a plus
Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish
High-end customer service professionals with excellent phone presence
