PERFITNESS Is a startup personal training company based in Los Angeles, California. We are seeking a Virtual Social Media Manager to help us run our company's social media remotely from Mexico.
**Responsibilities**:
- Study previous social media analytics and create a new posting strategy with specific days of the week and times.
- Follow along with what content does well and what content does not, and stay up to date on current trends across multiple platforms.
- edit, and post content at the desired time.
- Utilize editing software or apps such as Lightroom Mobile, Cap Cut or any other photo & video editing apps. Premiere Pro & Lightroom were greatly used.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media SEO trends and research top SEOs on social media platforms.
- Check the search bar on TikTok to review if content is being featured in the desired marketplace.
- Utilize the Google extension "Google Trends Super Charged" to see what is being looked for online and to help push content in front of more viewers.
- Collaborate with PERFITNESS's marketing and content teams to ensure social media content is cohesive and consistent with other marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with PERFITNESS's brand and business objectives.




- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve content and engagement.
- Use internal communication tools such as Discord and Asana to stay up-to-date with tasks and projects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a social media editor and manager, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using social media management and editing tools, including Cap Cut and A.I.
- Familiarity with Discord and ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual environment.
- Strong writing and copy-editing skills.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Pay: $10,000.00 per month
