Our client is a fast-growing, private company expanding their North American footprint. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the strategy and overall planning of logistics, transportation, and distribution operations for the company’s North American business. This leader will be accountable for supporting the development of the execution plan for all logistic operations for the company’s North American warehouses, 3PLs, and distribution centers. They will drive Continuous Improvement in all facilities to ensure timely customer delivery and adherence to key metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics, or other related discipline
- Background with LEAN principles
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Expertise and previous experience in high-volume distribution processes, techniques,



and tools to achieve world-class results
- Leadership skills to create a performance-driven organization focused on continuous improvement of all operational metrics (including safety, quality, delivery, and profitability)
- A strong orientation to identify causes for customer dissatisfaction, and the tenacity to drive appropriate corrective actions through to completion
- Dynamic and strategic thinking abilities with a proven track record of operational excellence
- Planning skills to ensure that facilities, equipment, processes, personnel, and plans are in place to smoothly handle expected growth
- Ability to travel 50% or more
