Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Operations Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.- Reporting to the Production Manager, the Operations Supervisor role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.- What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.




- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
- Experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Experience in High Volume.
- Knowledge in SMT, PTH & BKND process.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- Management of production plan and monitoring H by H.
- Personnel Management.
- Excel intermediate
