We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Expeditor. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and components through the manufacturing process, ultimately contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality semiconductor products.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Material Coordination**:
- Work closely with the production planning team to understand material requirements for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to support manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
**2. Production Support**:
- Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Expedite the movement of materials through different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Address any issues that may cause delays in production and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
**3. Communication and Documentation**:
- Maintain clear and timely communication with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Update and maintain accurate records of material movements,



ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Provide regular updates on material status and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
**4. Problem Resolution**:
- Identify potential bottlenecks or issues in the supply chain and take proactive measures to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any challenges that may impact production schedules.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in expediting, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
