The Supply Chain Manager will Secure Raw Materials supply to IFF locations thru managing the entire supply chain and its synergies with other areas at lower possible cost.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Procurement
a. Responsible for Procurement Area of Raw Materials
b. Part of the Integral Procurement team for Global, Regional and local negotiations
c. Responsible for the Total Cost of Ownership
d. Responsible for implementing the global and regional strategies into plant level
e. To be aligned with IFF internal requirements, like GRA, SOX, ISO, etc
Job Functions
a.



Responsible for RM negotiations at local level with or without global/regional contracts (landed cost)
b. Follow and report internal processes for new suppliers and raw materials and its cost associates to them
c. Category Excellence Team particpation as a member of Latin America region
d. SAP maintenace and inputs associate to Procurement operations
e. Supplier disruptions, risk management and supplier evaluation
f. Follow and implement IFF code of business principles
g. New win analysis with focus on implementing new raw materials together with C&A; and Operations team
h. Keep close communication with all related areas like Operations, C&A;, Sales, Finance, etc.
i. Follow and implement ISO and SOX policies
**Job Requirements**:
- 3-5 years minimum in a similar Materials Planning System (MRP, ERP)
Knowledge:
- SAP MM module
- ISO 9000
- SOX
- Buying certification like APICS, SCM or SPSM
- Customs and international trade experience
- Logistics
- Fluency in English
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
