**Bilingual Technical Recruiter**
**Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- To receive, understand, and analyze the client requirements from Salespeople at NY office.
- To plan and prioritize according to the importance and urgency of the requirements after discussing with Salespeople.
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Coordinate with IT Sales to forecast hiring needs and goals.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Help the Sales people with interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and markets.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured)




- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and job boards (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search, Monster, Career Builder, ZipRecruiter, Dice, LinkedIn, and others)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or IT or any other equivalent degree.
