**Key Responsibility：**
1. In charge of accounting system build-up (COI), all accounting history data transfer & and verification from outsourcing accounting firm. Proactively enhance the existing financial and management reporting systems.
2. Comply with the financial reporting timeline to manage the monthly closing/yearly closing process, and prepare accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Mexican GAAP (NIIF).
3. Monthly prepare regulatory statistics report upon expenditures, operation cost Report and declare monthly/annual ISR and Federal tax in time, accurately, and legally in accordance with Mexican tax requirements.
4. Plan and Coordinate for semi-annual and annual stocktaking, work closely with the operation team for inventory management flow optimization, counting result analysis, and provide financial recommendations as needed.
5. Engage in financial analysis in areas such as forecasting, and budgeting.
6. Engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance,
7. Assist in contact with external bankers on matters for improving treasury management and business support.
8.



Coordination in the annual audit process (external and internal) with supporting documentation and other audit requirements.
9. Develop, generate, and maintain financial policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.
10. Identify and assess areas of potential business and tax risk.
11. Good management for the all functional team and increase the department output.
12. Other related tasks assigned by the line manager.
**Qualification Requirements**:
1. CEDULA of public accountant published by S.E.P is a must.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
3. Minimum 5 years GL/Accounts working experience in the Finance Department, Manufacturing plant, or project experience is a plus.
4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Spanish.
5. Have knowledge of the accounting system Aspel system, and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
6. Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
7. Familiar with Mexico's local tax regulation and tax process.
8. Willing to take up additional responsibility.
