**MRO Supervisor**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assign tasks and prioritize work orders based on urgency, criticality, and available resources.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, reorder points, and consumption rates to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to replenish inventory as needed, while optimizing inventory costs.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and maintenance schedules.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards applicable to maintenance operations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in maintenance-related fields preferred.
- Proven experience in a management position or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
