Coordinate all facilities operation and conservation activities to maintain facility operation and pursue a satisfactory employee workplace experience.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Guarantee the functionality of the facility by managing maintenance resources, cleaning services, landscaping, etc.
- Overseeing, maintenance and conservation projects
- Attention to internal and external audits
- Application of facility policies and guidelines.
- Workspace planning and management.
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Management and coordination of corporate services for Facilities managed by Cemex Central.

**Qualifications**:
- English on a basic level
- Academic Background, desirable bachelor degree or +5 years of experience on the field
- Experience customer service




- Technical Skills related to corporate facilities operations are desired as a general sense of understanding
- Soft Skills as effective communication, adaptability, highly result oriented, problem solving, interpersonal skills
