**Requirements**:
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Personnel supervision and optimal development
- Weekly reports to management on team development
- Setting goals and leadership for team members to achieve objectives
- Creation and management of improvement processes
- Leading and supervising operations and various activities that have a direct impact within the organization by directing teams to complete their tasks while ensuring their quality.
- Project coordination and ensuring delivery times
- Coordination of productivity improvement projects.
- Time and motion studies.
- Planning and coordinating activities within their own department and resolving operational issues.
**Objectives**:
- Ensure optimal performance of work teams
- Follow-up and support management in achieving organizational objectives
**Requirements**:




- Industrial engineering, process engineering, or related field
- 17+ years of experience in organizational process improvement
- Corporate leadership
- Advanced English
- Continuous improvement and quality software
- Knowledge of ISO and time optimization
