We are seeking a highly skilled **Director of Services Operations** to join our dynamic team. As a **remote position** based in **Mexico.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the success of the service operation including customer satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, to understand their needs and expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed expectations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the professional services operations team to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and processes to optimize service delivery consistency and quality and enhance operational profitability.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other functional teams towards overall business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree.




- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing professional services operations in the Software Development and IT Services industry.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
