RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as a servant-leader, prioritizing the needs of the Scrum Team to ensure efficacy and cohesion
- Guiding, coaching, and evangelizing Agile methodologies within the team and the broader organization
- Identifying, addressing, and seamlessly facilitating the removal of any impediments hindering the team’s progress
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, fostering open communication, and encouraging the voicing of ideas and concerns
- Working with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog efficiently
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5 + years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Certifications within Continuous Improvement disciplines and/or Agile Practices is preferred




- Basic technical knowledge about software development
- Proven experience in robust Agile projects
- Experience working with multiple Scrum teams
- Ability to be held accountable for one-two Scrum teams of high-medium complexity
- Applied knowledge of the scaled agile framework
- Ability to help other Scrum Masters in the organization adopt Agile practices

- Experience in Cloud Migrations (AWS / Azure) is a plus
