RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end needs assessment and learning strategy and solution design, development, delivery, and measurement process on client projects
- Manage learning projects, including client relationships, project team members, resource plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets
- Actively communicate with and effectively influence all levels of the client organization
- Lead, model, and support the continued evolution of differentiated learning, knowledge transfer, and human performance support methods, approaches, and tools
- Lead workshops with stakeholders, senior-level executives, and large groups
**REQUIREMENTS**:




- More than fifteen years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment, preferably focused in the Tech Industry
- More than five years of experience managing teams of Instructional Designers, Content Developers, and Workforce Experience Vendors
- Native-level English Language writing and speaking ability
- Knowledge of Agile and Human-centered Design methodologies
- Working knowledge of industry-leading Learning development tools and software (Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Skillsoft, Intellum, Litmos, Docebo, etc.)
