RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading organizational change initiatives, negotiating effectively, and managing service providers
- Navigating complex organizational structures adeptly, handling ambiguity with confidence
- Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of CMDB in Service Now to optimize resource allocation
- Exercising sound financial acumen to oversee budgets, track expenditures, and forecast financial needs
- Managing project budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 12 years of combined experience in business and IT fields
- Mastery in project management, software lifecycle management, and IT standards and financial management




- Advanced understanding of business process analysis and design, IT architecture, technical standards, and GxP requirements
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, demonstrated through organizational change management, negotiation, and supplier management skills
- Proven experience managing up to 25 internal and external team members effectively
