**Job Title: Remote Civil Engineer (100% Work From Home)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Site Design and Layouts**:
- Develop and oversee detailed site design and layout plans for various projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
**Drainage Plans and Calculations**:
- Design and develop comprehensive drainage plans, ensuring effective stormwater management and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform detailed drainage calculations to support design plans, using appropriate engineering software and methodologies..
**Collaboration with Contractors**:
- Work closely with U.S. contractors to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet construction standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase, addressing any issues that arise.
**Project Management**:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Coordinate with other engineers, architects,



and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project components.
**Client Communication**:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and provide updates on project progress.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design, drainage plans, and working with U.S. contractors.
- Demonstrated experience in performing drainage calculations and preparing associated documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Familiarity with other relevant engineering software (e.g., Civil 3D, StormCAD, HydroCAD) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of U.S. civil engineering regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English level both written and spoken.
Schedule:
- Days: Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CDT
