In this role, you will spearhead migration support efforts for our client, driving impactful initiatives and ensuring project success.
The project involves migrating and supporting the client’s platform from Teradata on AWS to Google Cloud Platform's BigQuery.
This strategic initiative aims to leverage GCP's capabilities for data integration and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing full post-migration data and pipeline support
- Designing and implementing data integration workflows using Apache Airflow as necessary
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of automation scripts using Python and UNIX shell scripting
- Utilizing Gitlab for version control and code management
- Providing support and troubleshooting to ensure system availability and performance
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong experience with data integration, particularly in a cloud environment
- Proficiency in Python,



Apache Airflow, SQL, and UNIX shell scripting, GitLab, Amazon Web Services and/or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of Amazon EMR, Google Cloud Dataproc, and Google Cloud Platform is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English with a minimum B2 level
- Seniority levels Senior or Lead
