RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute discovery from a business architecture perspective to gather and analyze requirements
- Oversee the setup and configuration of new SFMC instances and Business Units
- Design and manage customer journeys and automation processes using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Implement and manage SMS and WhatsApp connections within SFMC (Mobile Connect and WhatsApp Integration)
- Develop and focus on consent management in custom preference centers
- Lead the creation of EPIC-level backlogs and ensure alignment with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) model
- Develop and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Capability Map
- Design and document Business Processes Architecture at Level 1 and Level 2
- Contribute to high-level solution architecture to meet business needs
- Advocate and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Expertise in Triggered Messaging through Triggered Sends, Journey Builder, or Automations via ETL Files on SFMC Enhanced FTP




- Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Connect, and WhatsApp connection
- Experience in developing a Custom Preference Center
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher
- Experience leading communication and presentations to C-Level stakeholders
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud are highly desirable
