**Descripción del puesto**:
- Coordinate and oversee the method planning and build sequence of the line assembly.
- Provide guidance on manufacturability and assembly considerations in production line and change management updates for method.
- Establish the resource work breakdown structure for method and shop to support Line assembly.
- Manage the Line manufacturing plan, floor layout, and condition of supply document.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues and optimize assembly processes.
- Evaluate new business processes and tools to be deployed for method and operation.




- Provide support to the methods team in complex investigations to find the root cause of manufacturing problems and define robust action plans for the mitigation of line stoppers.
- You have Engineering degree with more than 8 years of experience in Methods or equivalent in aerospace industry.
- You have advanced knowledge of GD&T.;
- You have advance knowledge in Catia V5 Software.
- You have strong skills in structural assembly, systems installation, EWIS and functional tests procedures.
- You have professional attitude and superior communication skills.
- You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities.
- You have natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You have self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented.
- You have the ability to work independently in a fast paced, challenging environment.
- You have superior problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions.
- You have good computing skills; proficient in SAP, MS Excel and MS Office, MS Project is an asset.
